KUD210 is the extension of Büroma Apart at Kurfürstendamm 210, an elegant apartment complex in Charlottenburg. The new construction includes the revamp of a passage, that serves as the main entrance and the connecting path between the redesigned courtyard and the Boulevard.

Linear and highly diffused LED light fixtures are integrated in gold and light blue aluminium lamellas to provide the space with a sufficient amount of lighting while creating an inviting and welcoming entrance area.

The new residential building in the courtyard is made accessible by an open staircase in a stainless steel mesh structure. Given the proximity to the adjacent facade, dark lighting solutions were implemented in order to minimize glare and provide focused and directional light along the stairs.
