The special exhibition "Architectura Navalis - Floating Baroque" took place at the Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin in 2018 and was designed by Schiel Project, exhibition designers.
Continuous, suspended walls elements divide the exhibition into individual successive cabinets that, together with simple pedestals and showcases serve to present the exhibits composed by graphics as well as scaled models.
ERCO Spotlights and lighting tracks were used to lit the exhibition. The task was to adjust and orient the light, regulate its intensity, alter and correct light beams by using filters, and control the glare for the exhibition. The result is a focused exhibition lighting that not only lit the exhibits in a proper and comfortable way for the visitor, but also guides the exhibition from start to end in a driving, designed lighting sequence.
